1、Raw material preparation

First of all, the brine will be filtered to remove impurities, and then add an appropriate amount of limestone for the reaction to generate calcium hydroxide precipitate.
2、Preparation of lye
Mix the reacted brine with calcium hydroxide precipitate to generate sodium hydroxide solution. In the reaction process, need to control the temperature and stirring speed to ensure that the reaction is fully carried out.
3、Crystallization
The lye solution is evaporated and concentrated, so that the water in the solution gradually decreases and the degree of supersaturation increases. When the concentration in the solution reaches saturation, crystallization begins to form. Crystallization is an important part of the crystallization process needs to control the temperature and stirring speed, in order to obtain a high purity of the crystalline material.
4、Filtration
After crystallization, a slurry containing crystals will be obtained. In order to separate out the pure crystals, filtration is required. Filtration can use cyclone or filter press and other equipment to separate the solid particles in the slurry.
5、Drying
The crystallized material obtained after filtration also contains a certain amount of water, which needs to be dried. Drying can use spray dryer, fluidized bed dryer and other equipment, the water in the crystalline material will evaporate, so that it reaches the required moisture content.
6、Packaging of finished products
After drying the crystallized material is the finished caustic soda flake. The finished products are packed, and you can use woven bags, plastic bags and other packaging materials, so as to facilitate storage and transportation and sales.
